Lot of people still miss that #taste but who has time to get back to the same place again and enjoy that #mouthwatering taste.   • Preparation time 5 mins

  • Cooking time 10 mins

  • Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet : Maggi

  • 1 Table spoon : Oil

  • 25 gms : Tomatoes

  • 25 gms : Onion

  • ½ Tea spoon : Turmeric powder

  • ½ Tea spoon : Coriander powder

  • ½ Tea spoon : Garam masala

  • ½ Tea spoon : Chat masala

  • ½ Table spoon : Green chilly

  • Water as required

  • Table salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook maggi according to the package directions and keep aside

  2. Take a pan on medium flame, add oil to the pan

  3. Add chopped green chilly

  4. Add onion and fry till golden brown

  5. Add tomatoes followed by table salt

  6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and sauté for 2-4 mins

  7. Add cooked maggi to it along with chat masala

  8. Ready to serve

*#Tip-

  1. Can add other vegetables you like along with onion and tomatoes

  2. Green chilly are optional

**#Serve with hot tea or coffee
