So, here we are with a #mouthwatering recipe which has marked its presence in #Mumbai long way back and now popularly known as #MumbaiBhelPuri. It has become a common #streetfood all over #India and is liked by all #age groups. It’s easy to make and most importantly its very #light and #healthy to #eat.

So, what are we waiting for let’s get started and make some #sweet, #crispy, #tangy and #spicy Bhel Puri for our #evening snack-chai time!

  • Preparation time 5 mins

  • Cooking time 2 mins

  • Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Cup : Puffed rice

  • 1 Cup : Onion

  • 1 Cup : Tomatoes

  • 1 Cup : Cucumber

  • 1 Whole : Lemon

  • ½ Table spoon : Amchoor Powder

  • ½ Table spoon : Chat masala

  • ½ Table spoon : Chili powder

  • Table salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onion, tomatoes and cucumber and keep aside

  2. Take a bowl and add puffed rice

  3. Add onion, tomatoes, cucumber and mix well

  4. Add amchoor powder, chat masala, table salt, chili powder and mix well

  5. Cut and squeeze lemon juice and mix well

  6. Ready to serve

*#Tip:

  1. Can use tamarind water for better taste

  2. Can add boiled potatoes, roasted ground nuts, coriander leaves, aloo bhujiya, pulses sprouts, papdi for more filling bhel puri

**#Serve with chai
