Coconut Chutney | South Indian Recipe | Narial Ki Chutney | Healthy Recipe


This #summer try #coconut #chutney, which not only keeps you cool but even #tastes very #delicious. Generally made with #South #Indian #dishes but now a days people have started making it with any and every kind of #dishes because it tastes so #good, #easy to make and of course #liked by all age groups.

So, let’s get started and make this #wonderful chutney for any #time meal!

  • Preparation time 10 mins

  • Cooking time 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 whole : Coconut

  • 1 Count : Green chili

  • 1 Tea spoon : Sarso / mustard seeds

  • 1 Table spoon : Kadi Pata / curry leaves

  • ½ Table spoon : Oil

  • ½ Cup : Water

  • Sendha namak / rock salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop coconut into pieces and add to the grinder along with green chili

  2. Take a pan on medium flame, add oil

  3. Add sarso / mustard seeds, kadi Pata / curry leaves and let them crackle

  4. Add grinded coconut and mix well

  5. Add sendha namak / rock salt

  6. Ready to serve

*#Tip: Can use coconut oil in step 2 for better taste
