We felt that gate ki sabji, tastes equally as #kadhi, we have already prepared that. But only thing that makes it #different are the #gatte and of course #unique.
So, let’s get started and make this super #awesome recipe!

Servings 6
Ingredients
1 Cup : Besan / chickpea flour
1 Tea spoon : Ajwain / carom seeds
1 Cup : Dahi / curd/ yogurt
1 Tea spoon : Jeera / cumin seeds
2 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder
2 Tea spoon : Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon : Garam masala
½ Cup : Onion
2 Count : Green chili
1 Table spoon : Mustard oil
Table salt to taste
Instructions
Take a bowl and add besan / chickpea flour, ajwain / carom seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dahi / curd/ yogurt and mix well
Add 2-4 drops of oil, table salt and form a dough
Roll into thin and smooth cylinder shaped
Put water to boil in a pan and add cylinder shaped rolls and cook for 10 minutes
Take out and keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes
Take a bowl and add dahi / curd/ yogurt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chopped green chili and mix well
Take a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Add green chili slit open from between to the oil and let it crackle
Add jeera / cumin seeds, onion and let them crackle
Add the mixture to it and boil
Cut cylinder shaped gate into pieces and boil
Ready to serve
*#Tip: Chilly powder or chilly flakes are optional
**#Serve with chapatti, roti, fried rice, paratha, poori, rice
