But don’t you worry we have been keeping an eye on you and we know what needs to be done. The famous recipe not only brings #joy and #happiness in our #life with #beautiful #memories but even #tastes so good and of course is very #healthy. So let’s get started and make some #mouthwatering dish.


  • Preparation time 7-8 Hrs

  • Cooking time 25 mins

  • Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup : Kale Chane

  • 1 Tea spoon : Jeera / cumin seeds

  • ½ Table spoon : Turmeric powder

  • 1 Table spoon : Coriander powder

  • ½ Tea Spoon : Garam Masala

  • ½ Tea spoon : Heeng / asafetida (Optional)

  • 2 Table spoon : Mustard oil

  • Kala namak / black Salt to taste

  • 1 Table spoon : Chili flakes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak kale chane for overnight, drain and boil in fresh water

  2. Take a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil

  3. Add jeera / cumin seeds, heeng / asafetida and let them crackle

  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam Masala

  5. Add boiled kale chane along with ½ cup of water and salt

  6. Stir continuously keeping on high flame

  7. Turn off after the water evaporates but not completely

  8. Sprinkle chili flakes on it

  9. Ready to serve

*#Tip: Don’t over dry to let them be soft and not hard


** #Serve with roti, chapatti, bread, puri
