Servings 6
Ingredients
2 Cup : Kale Chane
1 Tea spoon : Jeera / cumin seeds
½ Table spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Table spoon : Coriander powder
½ Tea Spoon : Garam Masala
½ Tea spoon : Heeng / asafetida (Optional)
2 Table spoon : Mustard oil
Kala namak / black Salt to taste
1 Table spoon : Chili flakes (Optional)
Instructions
Soak kale chane for overnight, drain and boil in fresh water
Take a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Add jeera / cumin seeds, heeng / asafetida and let them crackle
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam Masala
Add boiled kale chane along with ½ cup of water and salt
Stir continuously keeping on high flame
Turn off after the water evaporates but not completely
Sprinkle chili flakes on it
Ready to serve
*#Tip: Don’t over dry to let them be soft and not hard
** #Serve with roti, chapatti, bread, puri
