Today we will be making #Masala Mushroom just the way that will make your family really be #licking their #fingerings. So let’s get started with this #delicacy and #mouthwatering dish.

Servings 6
Ingredients
200 gms : Mushroom
3 Table spoon : Mustard oil
1 Tea spoon : Jeera / cumin seeds
½ Tea spoon : Heeng / asafetida
½ Tea spoon : Kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves
1 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon : Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon : Garam masala
200 gms : Tomatoes
250 gms : Onion
1 Table spoon : Garlic
1 Table spoon : Ginger
½ Cup : Coriander leaves
4 pieces : Green chilly
Table salt to taste
Instructions
Grind tomatoes, ginger, garlic and half of onions to form a mixture
Take pan on medium flame, add oil
Add onion and green chilly, cut into half and fry till golden brown and keep aside
Add jeera / cumin seeds, heeng / asafetida, kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves and let it crackle
Add the mixture, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala
Add table salt and sauté till oil separates
Add fried onion and mushroom
Cook for 15-20 minutes to let all water evaporate
Garnish with coriander leaves and fried green chilly
Ready to serve
*#Tip : Though mustard oil is one of the best oil for cooking a healthy food and taste but you may use other oil of choice
**#Serve with chapatti, roti, fried rice, plain rice
