#Magical memories. Let’s take you back to its #taste and #smell by making mango chutney with raw mangoes from #Indian #Mango #farm.
Preparation time 10 mins
Cooking time 60 mins
Ingredients
1kg : Raw dried mango
100 ml : Mustard oil
2 Table spoon : Methi seeds / Fenugreek
1 Table spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon : Garam masala
500 gm : Gur / Jaggery
2 Table spoon : Table salt
½ Table spoon : Sendha namak / rock salt
1 Table Spoon : Red chilly powder
Instructions
Take Kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Methi seeds / Fenugreek and let it crackle
Add raw dried mango and mix well
Add turmeric powder, garam masala and sugar powder
Add table salt, sendha namak / rock salt and red chilly powder
Let it cook on low flame for 40 mins and keep stirring
Ready to serve
*Tip :
Can use sugar powder, brown sugar or other form of sugar
Add more of sugar or salt or chilly according to your choice
**Serve with anything and at any time
