Mango Chutney | Green Mango Chutney | Indian Mango Chutney | Raw Mango Chutney

#Summers and #Mango! Yes they do go hand in hand and who does not like mangoes. And don’t say that you are not guilty of #stealing #raw mango from the mango #farm and there after running hard far from that place and then #enjoying with your #friends its #mouthwatering taste. #Wow!

#Magical memories. Let’s take you back to its #taste and #smell by making mango chutney with raw mangoes from #Indian #Mango #farm.


  • Preparation time 10 mins

  • Cooking time 60 mins

Ingredients

  • 1kg : Raw dried mango

  • 100 ml : Mustard oil

  • 2 Table spoon : Methi seeds / Fenugreek

  • 1 Table spoon : Turmeric powder

  • 1 Tea spoon : Garam masala

  • 500 gm : Gur / Jaggery

  • 2 Table spoon : Table salt

  • ½ Table spoon : Sendha namak / rock salt

  • 1 Table Spoon : Red chilly powder

Instructions

  1. Take Kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil

  2. Methi seeds / Fenugreek and let it crackle

  3. Add raw dried mango and mix well

  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and sugar powder

  5. Add table salt, sendha namak / rock salt and red chilly powder

  6. Let it cook on low flame for 40 mins and keep stirring

  7. Ready to serve

*Tip :

  1. Can use sugar powder, brown sugar or other form of sugar

  2. Add more of sugar or salt or chilly according to your choice

**Serve with anything and at any time
