Ingredients
3 Medium size : Onion
4 Whole : Green chili
2 Large size : Potatoes
200 gm : Green leafy vegetable
2 Cup : Besan / chickpea flour
1 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon : Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon : Garam Masala
½ Table spoon : Chat masala
Table salt to taste
Water as required
100 ml : Mustard oil to deep fry
Instructions
Chopped onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable in any shape you like
Take a bowl, add chopped onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable
Add besan / chickpea flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and table salt
Pour water and mix well
Keep a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Add perfectly coated onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable with besan / chickpea to medium hot oil
Deep fry till they turn golden brown
Serve on a plate by sprinkling some chat masala on top of it
*#Tips:
Chili powder or chili flakes are optional
Can add coriander leaves
**#Serve with green chutney or red sauce or ketchup
