Crispy Mix Pakora | Aloo Pakora | Mirch Pakora |Hara Pakora |Green Potato Chili Pakora Recipe

So we decided to give you more #options to #cook and #serve something that’s #tasty, #crispy, #mouthwatering, #hot and of course #liked by all #age groups.

So let’s make some #masala #hot #tea and some #hot #pakodas to #welcome our #guest #wholeheartedly!

  • Preparation time 5 mins

  • Cooking time 10 mins

  • Servings 8

Ingredients

  • 3 Medium size : Onion

  • 4 Whole : Green chili

  • 2 Large size : Potatoes

  • 200 gm : Green leafy vegetable

  • 2 Cup : Besan / chickpea flour

  • 1 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder

  • 1 Tea spoon : Coriander powder

  • 1 Tea spoon : Garam Masala

  • ½ Table spoon : Chat masala

  • Table salt to taste

  • Water as required

  • 100 ml : Mustard oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Chopped onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable in any shape you like

  2. Take a bowl, add chopped onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable

  3. Add besan / chickpea flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and table salt

  4. Pour water and mix well

  5. Keep a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil

  6. Add perfectly coated onions, potatoes, green chili and green leafy vegetable with besan / chickpea to medium hot oil

  7. Deep fry till they turn golden brown

  8. Serve on a plate by sprinkling some chat masala on top of it

*#Tips:

  1. Chili powder or chili flakes are optional

  2. Can add coriander leaves

**#Serve with green chutney or red sauce or ketchup
