Ingredients
2 Cup : Besan / chickpea flour
1 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon : Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon : Garam Masala
1 Tea spoon : Kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves
½ Table spoon : Chat masala
Table salt to taste
Water as required
100 ml : Mustard oil to deep fry
Instructions
Take a bowl, add besan / chickpea flour
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi / fenugreek leaves and table salt
Pour water and form a smooth flowing batter
Keep a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Drop one table spoon of batter
Deep fry till they turn golden brown
Serve on a plate by sprinkling some chat masala on top of it
*#Tips:
Chili powder or chili flakes are optional
Can add coriander leaves
**#Serve with green chutney or red sauce or ketchup
