Ingredients
1 kg : Chowlai / amaranthus
1 Tea spoon : Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon : Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon : Jakhiya / wild mustard / dog mustard
½ Table spoon : Table salt
2 Table spoon : Mustard oil
Instructions
Chop chowlai / amaranthus finely
Take a kadhai on medium flame, add mustard oil
Add jakhiya / wild mustard / dog mustard and let it crackle
Add chopped chowlai / amaranthus and sauté for 3 minutes
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and table salt
Mix after every 5 minutes and cover with lid
Serve on a plate

Can add chili powder or chili flakes
Can add potatoes before step 4
