Youtube has recently introduced Video Chapters which will help you directly choose a section of video! This feature actual divides your video into segments which will have its own preview. You can find them below the video player and will use the time stamps provided by Creator for that video in the video description.
So, how can you use this feature in your videos?
There is nothing hard in this all you need to do is go in your description box of your video and just add time stamps starting with 00:00 and so on.
To get your videos enabled for videos chapters you need to keep in mind some very important points-:
Your first time stamp should start with 00:00
Video should have at least three time stamps in ascending order only.
Minimum length of any chapter can be of 10sec.
Using this feature will provide a new boost to your videos and certainly will help your viewers by letting them choose the specific section when they land up on your video. Thus saving their precious time and getting the exact information they seek from your video. If you anytime want to discontinue using Video chapter you can simply change the first time stamp from 00:00 to anything else.
